3. Appointments and Consultations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing eligibility for certain promotions.

Clients who receive deliverables for paid services are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those materials for marketing purposes.
LB Productions retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, social media, and promotional use unless the client explicitly revokes this permission in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information and timely approvals.
Ensuring they have necessary rights to use any logos, media, or materials provided to us.
Complying with all applicable advertising and privacy laws for content distributed using our services.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without written permission.
12. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client engages in abusive, unlawful, or unethical conduct, or fails to comply with payment or cooperation requirements.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Brantford, Ontario.
